My upgraded suite was ready upon arrival, showcasing serene decor and ample sitting space, perfect for reflection after a day of wandering. The bar and lounge area provided a delightful retreat, featuring a menu that struck the right balance-solid craftsmanship without the frills. Meals were satisfying; we even indulged in artisanal beers from Crumb Brewery, a good decision without breaking the bank. Service throughout was responsive, with the reception team ensuring all needs were met, while the spa facilities, albeit simple, delivered a sense of calm. If you desire value wrapped in elegance, I recommend Nutfield Priory for your next escape. It was a solace I wish to revisit, albeit with a keen eye on the budget.
